This is the All Grain version of our Celebration Ale Clone. This beer is wonderfully strong and hoppy with loads of Chinook and Cascade hops. The color of the beer is a beautiful deep amber, with a white frothy head. Our cloned version is 7.7% abv, which is a bit higher than the current commercial version of Celebration Ale, but we find it to be quite pleasant this way and besides, it helps make the holidays a little more tolerable!
