Whole Leaf Hops
8.5% Alpha Acid. Amarillo hops give a floral, citrusy flavor. They are similar to Cascade. A great hop for pale ales.

7.5% Alpha Acid. Cascade hops are mainly an aroma variety with well balanced bittering potential. Typically used in American Style ales, especially pale ales, IPA, Porter, Barley Wines. Can also be used in Witbier.

9.1% Alpha Acid. Centennial is a very balanced hop. Sometimes called a super Cascade. Can be used well in all beer styles.

13.3% Alpha Acid. Chinook is a high alpha acid hop with acceptable aroma profile. Typically used in US-Style Pale Ales, IPA, Stout, Porter, Barley Wine, and Lager for bittering.

14.4% Alpha Acid. Columbus was originally bred for its alpha acid value. It also has become popular for its oil profile. Great for dry hopping. Columbus is typically used for US Pale Ales, IPA, Stout, Barley Wine, Lager for bittering.

4.9% Alpha Acid. Fuggle is a typical English style aroma hop. Can be used in any English style beer or American Ales and Lambic beers.

6.7% Alpha Acid. Mt. Hood is a aroma variety with marked similarities to the German Hallertauer and Hersbrucker varieties. Typically used in Lager, Pilsner, Bock, US Wheat Beers, Alt, and Munich Helles.

5.5% AA. Saaz is the classic Czech Pilsner hop. Mild and slightly spicy, this hop goes well in almost any lager style beer.

13.3% AA. Simcoe is a high alpha bittering and aroma hop with what is best described as a "fresh cut pine" aroma. It is used most commonly in American pale ales.

4.0% Alpha Acid. Tettnanger is a hop with German type aroma properties combined with moderate bittering potential. A dual purpose hop. Typically used in Pale Ale, Porter, Stout, Lager, Weizen, Alt, Barley Wine, and Kolsch.

5.5% Alpha Acid. Willamette is a quality aroma hop. It has some woody, earthy qualities. It is typically used in all English Style Ales, and US Pale and Brown Ales.
